Open Positions

CAD Technician

Posted 1st May 2025

This is a graduate-level position with a salary range of £25,000 – £27,000 depending on experience and suitability. We offer hybrid working and we expect successful applicants to attend the office at least 3-4 times per week at the start of their training with us.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing mobile telecoms drawings using AutoCAD, covering all stages from planning and detailed design to as-built documentation. You will review and verify CAD drawings submitted by external suppliers to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients to manage drawing requirements, overseeing timelines, content specifications, and quality assurance processes.

We’re looking for someone with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and experience working on telecoms or infrastructure projects. A keen eye for detail is essential, particularly when reviewing and checking technical drawings.

We don’t expect applicants to tick all the boxes when coming straight from university… we’ll provide full training and together we will create a development plan to give you all the skills and tools required to be successful in this role. Some CAD experience is essential, but we really value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.
